We offer the Silver Sneakers program for Seniors through their insurance. Just come sign up and show us your card and we will give you a membership. You will scan your Silver Sneakers card every time you come into the gym. Ask your insurance if they provide Silver Sneakers!
We began Dye Hards gym in 2008. We have a love for our community and want to make a healthy lifestyle convenient and affordable to our home town of Pea Ridge. We are constantly seeking how to make the gym better for our community. We believe in investing in the people of our community and are thankful for the support.

In order to keep membership costs down we ask that you do not let people in who do not have a membership.
Memberships are $20 a month with a one time $25 sign up fee per contract. It is $14 a month to add a spouse or child in the home.
You can take a class without a membership. Instructors charge you personally.
We ask that children over 14 have a membership. Children 10-14 can come workout with their parent under strict supervision. Children under 10 need to not be in the gym due to safety and insurance reasons.
You may add your spouse and children to your membership contract. Please remember we are a small town gym. Not a huge franchise. In order to keep cost down we need you to follow our guidelines. We support local first.

Meet Shawn Lasater! Our new personal trainer! Hi Everyone,
I am a native of Northwest Arkansas. I graduated from Rogers High School in 1999. I hold a special place in my heart for Pea Ridge, AR. My grandparents, Joe & MaryAnn Lasater were residents here & I spent many weekends sharing this beautiful town. I cannot be more excited about the opportunity at Dye Hards Gym. So here is a little about me…. I struggled most of my life with weight. I was bullied in school, poked fun of you name it. I, as most carried a lot of that through my life.. I started researching weight loss with Roller Weight Loss in Fayetteville. The reality was, If I did not change something I was not going to not be around very long. I had worked off 100lbs by myself being 400lbs & got down to 300lbs. I had tried every diet there was. I finally went to see the Roller team in January 2019. I did the program for 4 months then it was time- May 16, 2019, was a day that my life was never going back to what it had been. NOT FOR ANYONE! I weighed in that morning at 300lbs & I sit here today writing this to you & I am at 170lbs- my lowest surgery weight was 165lbs. I say that number only because once you build muscle you just are going to weigh more question marks, why not? I get up every morning at 3 am going to start my own workout as I have deemed that “my time” I put myself first. I share my journey, my life, struggles, and successes only because there is someone out there who will & can relate. They will hit a pivotal moment in their life as I did mine. One of the things I read a long time ago was… “We all carry a secret that nobody will ever know about us!” Shouldn't we all show up for ourselves when we put life into perspective?

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and I have been an avid gym goer myself for nearly 15 years.
I’ve faced many hurdles over the years in my own journey with health and fitness, and I understand that we all lead vastly different lives with our own unique set of challenges. There is no one-size-fits-all approach in terms of building healthy changes into one’s life.
My passion lies in working together through trial and error to find what works for YOU.

Hey y’all! So, I did a thing and I’m really excited about it! I am now a certified High Low instructor and will be teaching at Dye Hards!! I fell in love with this format a couple years ago when a friend took me to a class. I was completely hooked!! The adrenaline rush was so tangible, I felt like a million bucks! After being a participant for all this time, I realized I wanted to share my passion for High Low with my friends!! As a stay-at-home momma, this is my first adventure with a hobby of my own! It has been so exhilarating pursuing something for ME, and I cannot wait to shake off the stress of life and move our bodies together!!
So, what exactly is High Low? Reminiscent of the aerobics glory days, this format is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady cardio workout without the impact!! High Low is a sister format to High Fitness which was previously offered at Dye Hards a while back. For those of you that tried it, you know there were lots of high-impact pact moves. High LOW is still very high energy, but we offer options for impact and take out all the higher impact moves like the tuck jumps and burpees. We do not go down to the ground at all. We stay on our feet the whole time and YOU CHOOSE your level. I LOVE this format because everybody has a place in this class. Everyone belongs and anyone can master it! Easy movements, amazing music, and some of the best people around… what are you waiting for?! Come try it out!
